About Us

We are Shane and Andrea Chapin. Happily married with five children, we worked 60+ hours a week to make someone else rich. We decided to make our own legacy and give ourselves the freedom that we craved for so long.

We had many snowy days on the lot at our previous job! The only thing on our minds was how to escape and get off of the hamster wheel of a W2 job…and say goodbye to the cold!

We tried (like most people) to start with single family house flips. Even though we doubled our profit on both projects, it showed us that we could focus on something that wasn’t so time consuming and not as “work intensive”

Shane and I pivoted to Self-Storage. We bought our first facility in Kingstree, South Carolina in June of 2020, Macon, Georgia in November of 2021, Semmes, Alabama in December of 2021, Glencoe, Alabama in March of 2022, Moriarty, New Mexico in June 2022, Abilene, Kansas in September of 2022, Reform, Alabama in June of 2023, and Seymour, Indiana in September of 2023…next one, Louisiana!
